What to expect when you visit
When & Where
We meet every Sunday at 10:30 am at the Baxter Close YMCA in Fort Mill. No YMCA membership needed. You'll find our greeters ready to welcome you out front. (The YMCA is closed for regular gym use on Sunday mornings, but our doors are open!)
The Service
In our Sunday gathering we aspire to join together and glorify God through song, time in God's word, and through fellowship with one another. A typical Sunday runs about 75 minutes. We sing together and hear from God's word.
Our sermons focus on passages of the Bible. We work through books of the Bible. We don't preach on fads or whims. Our desire is to highlight how God's timeless word has application for us today.
The Atmosphere
We are casual and relaxed. Come in jeans or short, or come dressed up. Come however you're comfortable. People are friendly, but no one will put you on the spot or make you stand up and introduce yourself.
Kids
We offer secure check-in and background-checked volunteers. Our youngest (ages 1-3) have a dedicated space, while kids 4-8 enjoy Bible stories and crafts together during the service. Our workers are veteran moms with real experience and real love for kids, so you can have peace of mind knowing yours are in good hands.
